Heroes! 🌟

Join us for our Friday Evening Children's group, term-time Fridays from 6-7:15pm!

Heroes is the new name for our Friday Evening group for children aged 4-11 (Primary School age), chosen by the children who attend as part of a 'reboot' for the 2026-27 academic year. We think the name is a great fit, as all our members are heroes - they get stuck in, they do their best, and they are great at helping out!

Our weekly sessions at Heroes might be different each week, but they'll usually involve games, crafts, skills, and stories! Each half term we'll be working on a different theme and skill - we get to have a great time, and learn something new! 

We're always happy to add new Heroes to the team, so do get in contact with us if you'd like to come along and join in 😊

Brigades:

Heroes is a Brigades Company! The Girls' Brigade (GB) & Boys' Brigade (BB) are Christian-ethos children's organisations, which have being running children's activities for over a century.

Chester Road Baptist Church was one of the first to combine its Boys and Girls Brigade companies, and Heroes is the current name for the exciting combination of 3rd Sutton Coldfield Boys Brigade Company and 1st Sutton Coldfield Girls Brigade Company.
